BUSINESS ANALYST
The Business Analyst will work with the partners to support sales, ongoing campaigns, and operations. In this newly created role, the team will look to the Business Analyst to help establish/streamline policies and procedures throughout the department, and support best practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary focus on deal sourcing using different channels such as Linkedin, online events, databases etc.
Interface with investment specialist team to source new partners and investors.
coordinate marketing, business development and deal sourcing activities.
Take full ownership of the company's CRM and deal management database.
Develops client proposals and presentations.
Participates in client meetings and calls.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of:
Fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of Investment Banking and/or tech Industry.
Skill in:
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in English.
Social Selling
Analytical skills sufficient to assess and explain events in the market.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently sufficient to market ideas.
Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications, including Microsoft Excel, Hubspot and established databases.
Ability to:
Multi-task with ability to prioritize key opportunities.
Attend to detail while maintaining a big picture orientation.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in related field.
Minimum of 2/3 years related experience
